Osiris Property Services is a licensed general contractor based in Snohomish County, Washington. We specialize in insurance restoration, storm damage repair, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and residential finish work.
Who We Are
Owner Osiris Estrada has been in the trades for over a decade. What started as hands-on carpentry and framing work has grown into a full-service general contracting operation, managing everything from insurance restoration projects to multi-room interior renovations across the greater Seattle area.
We are not a franchise. We are not a marketing company that subcontracts everything. Osiris is personally involved in every project — meeting with homeowners, walking job sites, coordinating subs, and making sure the work gets done right. That is the difference between a contractor who manages and one who just collects a check.
What Sets Us Apart
Insurance expertise. We read Xactimate estimates and understand what insurance covers. We supplement for missing line items and fight for the full scope of work. Most homeowners leave money on the table because their contractor does not understand the insurance process. We do.
Multi-trade coordination. Remodels and restoration projects involve framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, paint, flooring, and more. We coordinate every trade, schedule inspections, and manage the timeline so the homeowner has one phone number to call.
Reliability. Most of our work comes from realtor referrals, interior designer partnerships, and repeat customers. We earn that by doing what we say we are going to do — showing up on time, communicating clearly, and finishing the job.
